    Requirements :
    • Have experienced in Customer Care, Call Center, or Customer Service minimal 1 year
    • Detail oriented
    • Able to act quickly when a problem arises (refer to SOP)
    • Good teamwork skills (communication, listening, reliability)
    • Available to work in night shift
