    Job Description:
     
    • Responsible to oversee the company's end-to-end recruitment process
    • Work closely with HRBPs to understand the company's strategic goals and develop the strategic plans to optimise recruitment performance.
    • Investigate and determine user's recruitment needs and develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans
    • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
    • Promote corporate values
    • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
    • Plan employee referral programs
    • Familiar with recruitment tools
    • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
    • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
    • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
    • Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and address it accordingly
    • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
    • Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team in site office
    • Determine recruiting KPIs
    • Create and present KPI reports for Talent Acquisition
     
    The Requirement:
     
    • Age below 35 years old
    • Minimum university degree from reputable university major in psychology
    • 5 year’s experience as Recruitment Specialist
    • Experienced, knowledgeable and able to execute in TA functions
    • High on energy and able to connect with todays new generation
    • Possess a high level of intelligence, excellent interpersonal and good communication skills
    • Able to manage, develop relationship and negotiate at all levels of management
    • Must be innovative, with good presentation skills and analytical skills
    • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
    • Willing to travel
